America Can Be Better
After reading and hearing about BOA's new program (offering credit cards to persons with no Social Security Number) I wrote to ask exactly that question. The letter can be found here. If I receive a reply I will post it as well. I concede that it may be possible for a person to be here legally, need to establish credit, and yet not be able to obtain an SSN. I just don't know what that situation would be. If you know, let me know in one of the blogs or by email.
